What is Invisalign?
Invisalign treatment consists of a series of aligners, each designed to produce tooth movements in staged increments. Each set of aligners are worn for 2 weeks before progressing to the next aligner.
At the beginning of a course of treatment photos, impressions and an xray are taken, these are all inclusive of the cost. This information is then sent to invisalign in the states.
The impressions are cast and scanned using CT scanning technology to create a 3D model of the teeth which can be manipulated using invisaligns patented program; clincheck. The clincheck allows you to see how your teeth will move gradually over the treatment course.
